Why we use it
To email you about Evenra and Batch No. 1: when it becomes available, what it costs, and when it ships. Nothing else.
The lawful basis
Your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. You gave it by ticking the box on the form. You can take it back at any time, and taking it back does not affect anything we did before you did so.
How to take your consent back
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send you, or write to us at the address above. We act on it straight away.
Who else sees it
TO CONFIRM: the form processor, the email platform, and any other processor that touches this data. Each one must be named here, with the country its servers are in.
TO CONFIRM: whether any of these transfer data outside the European Economic Area, and if so, which safeguard is used, for example the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
TO CONFIRM: the retention period. We suggest: until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after the last email you opened, whichever comes first. Once agreed, state the exact figure here.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete what we hold,
- limit what we do with it,
- stop using it, where we rely on your consent,
- hand it to you, or to someone else, in a machine-readable file.
Write to the address above and we will answer within one month.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising pixels. The typefaces are served from our own site, so nothing about your visit goes to a third party.
If that ever changes, this notice is updated first and you are asked before any non-essential cookie is set.
