EVENRA is vegan: the vitamin D3 is lichen-derived.
For vitamins and minerals, we show the active amount, the part your body actually uses, not the weight of the whole powder it comes in. For amino acids, creatine, extracts and fibre, we show the weight of the ingredient itself.
Why don't these add up to 18 g?
Because we list the active amount, not the powder weight. A mineral cannot stand on its own. It arrives attached to a carrier, and that carrier has weight of its own. To deliver 225 mg of magnesium we use magnesium bisglycinate, and most of that powder is the glycine holding the magnesium. Add the carriers and you reach 18 g. We show the active number because that is the one that decides what the formula does.

How does EVENRA compare with AG1 or IM8?
They are designed for different jobs. AG1 and IM8 are broad daily-nutrition formulas built around a large range of nutrients. EVENRA is a concentrated evening formula for active adults. Each sachet provides 5 g creatine monohydrate, 5 g glycine and 225 mg magnesium from bisglycinate. It does not use proprietary blends: all 20 ingredients have an individual amount printed beside them. If you want broad greens and general nutritional coverage, choose a product designed for that. If you want a fully disclosed formula built around the end of an active day, that is what EVENRA is for. How can I check all of this myself, without trusting us?
Three ways, and none of them need us.
The register. The European Union keeps a public register of health claims. It lists every sentence that may legally be used on food, in the exact wording. It also lists the claims that were applied for and refused. You can look up any ingredient in EVENRA and read both answers. Open the EU Register.
The table. The full formula is on this page: all twenty ingredients, the amount of each one, and the form it comes in. Nothing is grouped into a blend where the individual amount disappears, so every number can be checked against the register yourself.
The silence. For glycine, taurine, tart cherry, lemon balm and malic acid you will find no approved wording at all, at any amount, for anybody. We print the amount anyway. Read what you like about them and decide for yourself.
What does it taste like?
EVENRA contains no sweeteners. Its flavour is mild, with a slight sweetness and a light lemon-citrus note. It is pleasant mixed with water, and it also blends easily into juice, another drink or a smoothie.
How do I take it?
One sachet into 250 to 350 ml of water, juice or another drink, preferably in the evening. One sachet every evening. EVENRA is a food supplement and does not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use.
Is there melatonin in it?
