What we do with your email address.

The waitlist asks for one thing you have to give, your email address. Everything else is optional. This page says exactly what happens to it. It is short because we do very little with it.

Who holds your details

AllGaia Unipessoal Lda, Rua Ponta da Cruz n.º 32, 9004-516 Funchal, Madeira, Portugal. We are the data controller, which means we decide what happens to your details and we are answerable for them. Write to info@allgaia.com about anything on this page and we will answer.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• Your first name and your country, if you chose to give them.
• The date and time you submitted the form.
• The consent wording you agreed to, and the version of this page that was live at that moment.
• The language of the page and the page you submitted from.

We do not ask about your health, your diet or your age.

What we use it for

To email you about EVENRA and Batch No. 1: when it becomes available, what it costs, and when it ships. The same tick also covers the allGaia newsletter, which is what we are testing, what we are formulating, and why. That is the whole list. One unsubscribe stops all of it.

Why we are allowed to

Your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, the European Union law on personal data. You gave it by ticking the box. You can take it back whenever you like, and taking it back does not make anything we did beforehand unlawful.

How to get out

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. Use it, or write to info@allgaia.com. Either way we stop, and we delete your details unless you ask us to keep them.

Who else touches it

Shopify International Limited runs this website for us. Shopify stores the page you are reading and passes your form on.

Klaviyo, Inc. is our email platform. Your email address is stored with Klaviyo and every email we send you is sent through Klaviyo. Klaviyo is based in the United States, so your details are stored outside the European Economic Area. That transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses in our agreement with Klaviyo, which are the wording the European Commission approved for sending personal data abroad.

We do not sell your details. We do not hand them to anyone for their own marketing. There is no third party in this list that you have not just read.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. If Batch No. 1 has not shipped within 24 months of the day you joined, we delete the whole list and start again rather than sit on addresses we are not using.

What you can ask us to do

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete what we hold,
• limit what we do with it,
• stop using it altogether,
• hand it to you, or to someone else, in a file a machine can read.

Write to info@allgaia.com. We answer within one month.

If our answer is not good enough

You can complain to a supervisory authority, which is the public body that watches over data protection. Ours is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados in Portugal. You may also complain to the authority where you live or work.

Cookies

This website sets cookies. A cookie is a small file a website leaves on your device. Some are needed to make the site work at all. Others are used to measure how the site is used and to show advertising. You are asked before any of the second kind are set, and you can change your mind at any time.

Changes

Every version is dated, and the version that was live when you consented is stored with your record. You can always find out what you actually agreed to.
