EVENRA is vegan: the vitamin D3 is lichen-derived.
For vitamins and minerals, we show the active amount, the part your body actually uses, not the weight of the whole powder it comes in. For amino acids, creatine, extracts and fibre, we show the weight of the ingredient itself.
Why don't these add up to 18 g?
Because we list the active amount, not the powder weight. A mineral cannot stand on its own. It arrives attached to a carrier, and that carrier has weight of its own. To deliver 225 mg of magnesium we use magnesium bisglycinate, and most of that powder is the glycine holding the magnesium. Add the carriers and you reach 18 g. We show the active number because that is the one that decides what the formula does.

Creatine monohydrate 5 g

These claims come from the official European Union register, and the wording is fixed by law. A product may use a claim only when it contains enough of the nutrient to meet its conditions. Where these claims come from
The EU Register of nutrition and health claims is kept by the European Commission. It lists every health claim that may legally be made on food in the European Union, and the exact wording each one must use. Nobody may write their own.
Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 sets the rule. A health claim may only be made if it is on the register, and only in the authorised wording.
Regulation (EU) No 432/2012 is the list itself, for claims about what a nutrient does in the body.
That list is short on purpose. EU countries put forward around 44,000 claims. About 4,600 went to the European Food Safety Authority, which assessed them one by one. 222 were permitted.
A claim is only permitted if the food meets that claim’s conditions of use. For a vitamin or mineral that means at least 15% of the Nutrient Reference Value in one serving. The amounts in EVENRA meet the conditions for 84, which is why the formula carries them. Every one of those amounts is in the table further down this page.

Questions
How does it compare with a morning greens blend such as AG1?
They are different products for different times of day. EVENRA is an evening formula. A greens blend is usually taken in the morning. The labelling approach also differs. Some products declare certain nutrients individually and then group other ingredients into a multi-ingredient blend, where the total weight of the blend is given but not the amount of each ingredient inside it. EVENRA has no blends, so each of the 20 ingredients has its own printed amount. We do not describe another company's current label here, because labels differ by market and change over time. Read both labels and compare them yourself.
What does it taste like?
EVENRA contains no sweeteners. Its flavour is mild, with a slight sweetness and a light lemon-citrus note. It is pleasant mixed with water, and it also blends easily into juice, another drink or a smoothie.
How do I take it?
One sachet into 250 to 350 ml of water, juice or another drink, preferably in the evening. One sachet every evening. EVENRA is a food supplement and does not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use.
Is there melatonin in it?
No. There is no melatonin in EVENRA. The whole formula is in the table above.
Does it contain any added hormone?
No. There is no added hormone of any kind in EVENRA. The whole formula is in the table above.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes. EVENRA is vegan. The vitamin D3 is lichen-derived rather than from sheep's wool, and there is no animal ingredient in the formula.
